These terms govern your use of SellerGenz ("we", "us", "our"), accessible via sellergenz.com and our companion Chrome extension. By creating an account or using SellerGenz, you agree to these terms.
SellerGenz is a research and tracking tool for Amazon sellers, providing product lookup, keyword research, competitor tracking, review complaint analysis, margin calculation, and cross-border price comparison for Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. Some figures we show, such as sales estimates, are clearly labeled as estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate - real Amazon data (price, stock, Best Sellers Rank) is shown separately and labeled as such.
SellerGenz is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon-related trademarks and data referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Every plan includes a 3-day free trial with a limited number of daily lookups, and no credit card is required to start a trial. Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal - when you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. SellerGenz relies on third-party providers, including a third-party Amazon data API and Stripe for payments, to operate. We don't control these providers directly and aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy, though we work to surface their data honestly and clearly.
Real data (price, stock, BSR) reflects what we retrieve at the time of lookup and can change on Amazon at any time. Estimated figures (such as sales estimates) are approximations built from observed patterns and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Nothing on SellerGenz is a guarantee that any product will sell a particular quantity or generate any particular profit.
The SellerGenz name, product, and website content are our property or that of our licensors. You may use SellerGenz for your own Amazon selling research; you may not copy, resell, or repurpose the underlying product or its data as a competing service.
We aim to keep SellerGenz available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
You can stop using SellerGenz and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
